Today we marked Reformation Sunday during worship, as we begin a short worship series “Stories of our past.” Our music included Now Thank We All Our God, and the choir anthem was It is Well with My Soul by Mark Hayes. Once again, Emily was away, and we thank one of our Voluntary Associate Ministers, Rob Oliphant, for taking the service. His sermon title was “Always Reforming.”
This Sunday we welcomed Supply Preacher Rev. Tim Dayfoot, as well as Leonard, our new All Ages Ministry Leader. We marked World Peace Sunday during worship, and music included the hymns Make Me a Channel of Your Peace, He Came Singing Love, and I’ve Got Peace Like a River.
