One Sunday ago, we did an experiment: We tasted two kinds of popcorn, salted and unsalted popcorn – and we concluded that it’s the salt that makes popcorn tasty! Like the salt on the popcorn, Jesus calls us to be the salt of the earth to make a difference in our world. As a craft, we made cards and attached salted pretzels to them – to encourage somebody else to be the salt of the earth!
