Who’s Got Talent? With Guest Preacher Sunday November 15 Rev. Marlene Britton

Rev. Marlene Britton

This Sunday we are pleased to welcome the Rev. Marlene Britton, a diaconal minister who is Program Coordinator, Admission and Pastoral Relations with General Council. Her sermon “Who’s Got Talent?” explores Matthew 25:14-30.

Our service will be enriched by music by the Uniting Voices Collective – Matt Boutda with four other Toronto Music Directors.

On Zoom this morning at 10:30, we will be joined by Rev. Marlene Britton who will share Pastoral Prayers, and we will sing “I’m Gonna Live So God Can Use Me.”

Come for our Stories and Crafts program to hear about messages of hope (gather at 9:45 to start at 9:55, or watch any time on YouTube).

Next Sunday
November 22 we will celebrate communion together over Zoom. Bring some bread, crackers, or pita, along with juice or wine, as we share this sacrament with one another.

Then, November 29 is our first Sunday of Advent. We will light our first candle – Hope, as we move into the season leading us to Christmas.
