Mary, Joseph, and their donkey have stayed with 5 families. They were even invited to a champagne and chocolate event in support of El Hogar last weekend. The Longest Night Service
A “Longest Night” Service will be held on the longest night of the year, Thursday, December 21st at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary. This is sometimes called a “Blue Christmas” or “Quiet Christmas” service. This service is designed for specifically thinking of people who have experienced significant loss – the death of a loved one, loss of health, ending of a relationship, loss of a job – but of course is open to all. This is a quiet service with carol singing, candle lighting and readings and prayers. All are welcome!
