- Grounds on which people can not be discriminated (Ontario Human Rights Code)
- Examples of forms of harassment and violence (Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act).
How to report an Incident:
If you feel you are in danger, do not hesitate to call 911.

Your Name
Your Age Category: Child / Youth (under 18) or Adult (18 or older)
Date, Time & Location (on the LUC premises) of the Incident.
What happened? Provide a description.
Witnesses? Have you reported this elsewhere? If Yes, to whom?
Disclaimer If our Response Team member feels you are in danger, the police will be contacted. If under 18, there may be a duty to report to Children’s Aid.
This is not an emergency service.
