In July, we will move our worship to the Auditorium, which will give us a cooler and more intimate setting, as well as allowing us to test out what we’ll need to think about as we worship in places other than the sanctuary (which will be the case for some of the time during the renovation).
This summer we are fortunate to be enjoying musical leadership by members of the choir with solos, duets, and groups. We will be starting our summer services with a gathering hymn sing – so think about any favourites! In July we will have the opportunity to light candles to share our joys and sorrows during the service, as well as having a time to share our own insights. In August, our prayers will be followed by the traditional language of the Lord’s Prayer.
A drop in children’s programs will resume in August, and the full Children’s Program will restart at the same time our Chancel Choir returns on Welcome Back Sunday, September 8th.
